# Whether the dynamics treat vagueness

## Why it looked like it would break the theory

DSRP's dynamics are often stated categorically, while many real boundaries appear gradual or vague. This can suggest that the calculus cannot represent borderline cases.

## Why it failed

**The counterexample failed** because degrees of vagueness do not require a new primitive. A fixed point yields a determinate working boundary, while a fuzzy boundary still distinguishes the doubtful region from what is clearly in and out. The apparent problem is a boundary and perspective shift.
