### What they set out to do (purpose)

A three-part undergraduate series in organizational leadership and management, taught at Regis University between 2000 and 2003, with VMCL and the DSRP systems-thinking model as its organizing framework: Learning & Complexity (PC 200), Capacity & Complex Systems (PC 300), and Vision & Mission: Leading Complex Organizations (PC 400).

### What they found (results)

A university adopted the framework into its accredited undergraduate curriculum, across three sequential courses, four years before the doctoral dissertation was filed.

## Commentary

### In short

The earliest institutional adoption of DSRP and VMCL located so far, and one of the few that is a teaching commitment rather than a citation: a course sequence has to be proposed, approved and staffed. It also dates practical use of the framework to the Project N period rather than to the Cornell work that followed it.
