# The DSRP moves catalog

content-free structural operations, their admission criteria, and the drills that train them

## Abstract

A standing catalog of the content-free structural operations generated by DSRP-484. Two hundred and four moves are admitted; fifty-four further candidates are held unadmitted. Admission requires passing all five tests: the operation must be overwhelmingly organizational rather than informational (information requirements over organizational structures below 0.25); it must produce a mappable before-and-after change in organizational state; it must reduce the space of valid configurations rather than leave options open; it must be improvable with practice, and capable of being done badly; and it must recur in real use across people and contexts rather than be a novel permutation. Moves are classed atomic — entailed by the patterns, elements and dynamics — or molecular, an orchestration someone had to invent. The catalog carries drills, belt levels, and an information-to-organization training progression. The catalog itself is proprietary and has no public link. The admission criterion is not: a reader can check the standard against any proposed operation without seeing the list.

## What they found (results)

The catalog is what makes the practice claim specific rather than exhortative: it says what a rep is, how many there are, and in what order to train them. Six of the two hundred and four account for a disproportionate share of real-world structural action, identified by a measured distribution across 34,398 users rather than chosen. Admission is a standard, not a judgement — a candidate failing any of the five tests is held rather than promoted, which is why fifty-four sit unadmitted.

## Response

Bears on the practice question directly, and supplies what most training claims lack: a specification of the operations being trained. It does not test whether practice works. It is the object practice is practice of.
