## In short

A social system decomposes into overlapping camps (systems) whose members are cleanly separated by role (distinctions) and which relate to each other with opposite valence within versus across camp boundaries (relationships).

## What they found (results)

Across three Weibo rumor events, membership-entropy analysis of multilayer interaction networks showed a bimodal split between committed and bridging users, while a sentiment-based co-opetition matrix showed consistently cooperative interactions within camps and competitive interactions between them.

These researchers were not testing DSRP. The finding is theirs; the correspondence to DSRP is drawn by this site.
